Counselling
Counselling is available with Steph at her premises in Hillwood for $80 per hour. Steph has many years of experience as a counsellor and therapist and is comfortable talking about difficult topics. She has degrees in psychology and human sciences, has worked in mental health and social research, trained in both crisis counselling and regression therapy. In 2016 Steph achieved registration with the Meditation Association of Australia as a teacher of Personal Development Meditation and Therapeutic Meditation by going through a thorough assessment of her qualifications, meditation experience and teaching experience.
