Retreats in Hillwood, Tasmania
Retreats are very flexible. You can come any time when there is a vacancy at the Farmhouse Retreat. You can come by yourself or with a partner, a friend, a group, or a family or two. You can take part in activities at the Hillwood Road Meditation Skills Centre if you wish but there is no pressure to do so. Many visitors come just to enjoy the peaceful setting. Steph believes that most people just need space and rest. Given a chance, your inner guidance may be as good as anything you can get from a meditation teacher or a group of seekers. Steph aims to provide a setting where you are comfortable, away from the normal hubbub of life, surrounded by greenery, and have access to any resources you might want for your own meditation or yoga. And you are welcome to ask Steph for tuition or counselling if you want it.
